Hypnotherapy is completely natural,  drug-free and non-intrusive.

I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgemental space to work with my clients. This can be via Zoom or in person in my Therapy Room in London in the UK.

I work with clients in a range of areas  to support them achieve the change they want to make. This includes personal and professional development, performance enhancement and many different kinds of change work. Hypnosis can help increase motivation and boost the development of new, healthier thinking, habits and behaviours.

I offer Hypnotherapy as a stand alone therapy and also  have specialist programmes   I also work with REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) and  ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) as part of part of my Hypnotherapy work.  Hypnosis allows you to explore your subconscious mind, and communicate with your inner self.

Hypnotherapy can help with a wide range of issues and symptomsThe key is to bring an open mind and to be 100% committed to the change you want to achieve and to working collaboratively with me to achieving that. For some Hypnotherapy work, you will need to consult your doctor or other professional healthcare provider beforehand.
